Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Altitude Capital Group LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls and client emails with professionalism, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This role has the flexibility to work remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
