Job description:
We want you if you are a people-person who is impassioned about home improvement and loves to sell—in-Home Sales Specialist with enthusiasm, positivity, and experience needed for our great company. As a core member of the Ninja Coatings family, you will be expected to perform in-home consultations that provide concrete coating solutions, which can quickly close deals while blowing the socks off the wildest expectations of every customer. Be the wizard that helps our clients transform their spaces into wondrous works of art using the magic of our premium coatings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Physically visit the customers at their place and provide custom solutions on concrete coating.
- Produce and present excellent project proposals and quotations that sell.
- Establish a good client relationship that promotes repeat business and referrals.
- Keeping you abreast with the most current and modern solutions to contemporary trends and developments in concrete coatings.
- Translate more sales than our own targeted number using the quality leads that we generate.
Doing:
- Demonstrable sales capability –with home improvement or related industry knowledge, it’s a huge plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for client relations and closing sales.
- Negotiation and closing skills to get better sales above targets.
- I am self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work alone or in a team.
- Reassure customers that they will not be abandoned.
- Flexibility in terms of working evenings and weekends to meet clients’ scheduling needs.
