Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter/Content Creator to produce compelling and original content for our brand. This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and design, with the ability to create content that drives engagement and enhances our brand's presence.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, product descriptions, and advertisements.
- Create new product copy and bullet points highlighting product features and benefits.
- Design apparel diagrams for production, ensuring accuracy and clarity for manufacturing.
- Develop and create brand labeling, hang tags, and other product-related materials.
- Produce marketing content for email campaigns, social media platforms, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or production artist, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to create compelling and visually appealing marketing content.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
What We Offer:
- Pay is $35-45/hr depending on experience for 20 hours per week.
- Required work hours are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM.
- Mondays and Wednesdays remote work.
