Job Brief
We are looking for a Client Relations/Calendaring Associate. This position performs a wide range of administrative and office support responsibilities with management to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.

The role will be fully remote, and you will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the US if you are able to work the following hours, 8:30am – 5:30pm PST.
We also offer our talents a benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. The offered annual salary range is $38,000-45,000 (based on experience).
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers to reach out to request reporting coverage via email and phone. Ensuring the customer is responded to timely and in a professional manner.
- Manages workflow and calendaring by reading and routing correspondence, collecting client information, and managing constant changes of hearings changing, cancelling or add-ons.
- Manages constant changes with customer information and updating information in workflow system and in One Note.
- Manages numerous calendars and shared mailboxes based on jurisdictions to ensure all hearings/trials and depositions are added to the calendar in a timely manner.
- Work with the Operations team in keeping them informed of all changes made in the current week.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in office administrative support
- Computer skills – should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Able to think strategically and resolve problems.
- Detail oriented and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple tasks.
- Excellent business writing skills, spelling punctuation and grammar.
- Preferred familiarity with legal terminology and knowledge of trial preparation and court proceedings.
