Cardellino, the recently reinvented Italian Chophouse from Chef/Owner Brad Wise is looking to add to our kitchen team. With a focus on fresh pasta, grilled meat and an emphasis on simplicity and execution, our menu is chock full of hearty comfort delights. We are open 6 nights a week (closed on Mondays), and weekend availability is a must.
POSITIONS:
Sauté / Grill Cook (1) + Garde Manger Cook (1):
- A minimum of 1-2 years of fine dining or similar experience
- Current California Food Handler's card (within first 90 days)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) with flexible availability for up to 5 shifts per week
- Team player with a positive attitude, ready to learn and grow
- Ability to handle high volume business, communicate effectively and go above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
