```Duties```
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Answering phone calls and providing information to guests
- Handling guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Processing payments and maintaining guest accounts
- Assisting with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
