Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest relations, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems, transfer calls, and take messages accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Familiarity with resort operations is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in handling front desk operations efficiently
