Seeking a manager with 5-7 years high volume, full service restaurant experience. Corporate experience a plus.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions/responses to restaurant operations, staff and guests.
- Ability to motivate 90+ employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet our appropriate standards.
- Ability to manage, develop and train staff in a positive manner, effectively building team environments.
- Be able to ensure fair but firm accountability, maintaining and practicing an open door policy to all staff.
- Schedule, attend and be available for weekly manager, P&L and corporate meetings.
- Leadership ability, self-discipline, attendance, and positive impact are essential functions of the position.
- Must adhere to Company Policies and Procedure, as stated per the company Handbook, Safety and Illness Injury Prevention Programs. Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
- Valid Managers Serv Safe Certificate, Responsible Beverage Service and Sexual Harassment Certificate throughout the course of employment.
- Schedule consist of 50 hour work weeks, with the exception of increased business during the busy season and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
