Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technicians to develop estimates post vehicle teardown.

Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures.
-
Facilitate clear communication with the parts department to resolve any issues.

Foster close collaboration with production management to oversee prompt repairs.

Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to review and discuss repair plans.
-
Manage sublet work and align on estimated completion dates with fellow estimators.

Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.

Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software such as Audatex, CCC ONE, and Mitchell.

Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are advantageous.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment.
