We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This position
offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in working with a high profile
artist and social media influencer. The position will support various departments,
including marketing, assisting with daily tasks, coordinating mtgs, and overall
enhancement of the client’s brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant, showcasing strong organizational skills and proficiency in calendar management and phone etiquette. Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Premium skills in event planning, QuickBooks, and project coordination are highly valued. Relevant skills in data entry, customer service, and office experience are beneficial. Experience in social media management is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.71 - $24.94 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
