We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team with a Strong Ford Franchise background. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, inventory management, and retail operations. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the business - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals - Provide exceptional customer service and support sales efforts - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency **Requirements:** - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or automotive sales - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Proficiency in sales support, outbound sales, and upselling techniques - Knowledge of inventory management practices and retail math principles - Familiarity with sales software for reporting and analysis - Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages (Bilingual or Multilingual preferred)
