Join award winning boutique interior design firm creating interiors for new homes and extensive renovations seeks Office Administrator/Data Entry Associate to support owner, design director, senior design staff and purchasing agent.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Pay vendor invoices. Receive and deposit checks into Bank.
- Adjust purchase orders to match vendor payments.
- Credit card reconciliation monthly.
- Receive and record product deliveries into the office in interior design software program.
- Enter financial and other types of data into interior design software program accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on furniture damage and claims to insure product is successfully repaired.
- Manage and order basic office supplies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
