Seeking Spanish bilingual 4-year-college-degreed professional with at least 1 year of work experience, ideally in a fast-paced, disciplined, and process-oriented professional setting (e.g. law firm, doctor's office, corporate office). Alternatively, we will consider candidates with at least 1 year of sales or account management experience at a well-regarded company. Your resume should clearly demonstrate a strong professional and academic track record - since the position requires efficient, high quality written output with our clients, attorneys, and third parties, along with extremely accurate entry of information into our case management software and digital files.
One focus will be new case screening. Another will be assisting our attorneys with various aspects of their cases, with a focus on pre-lit support and case management. This will include a wide range of standard tasks driven by our case management software, and to a lesser degree, non-standard assignments directly from attorneys or firm management. This may include, but is not limited to, obtaining, reviewing, and summarizing medical and billing records; communicating with clients and medical providers; maintaining important information in our case files; and filing inbound faxes, mail, and email. You will also help with other administrative tasks and operations support, e.g. ordering lunch, receiving visitors, kitchen duty.
