Colorado Custom Spas has locations in Denver and Castle Rock, with expansion on the horizon. Ideally, this position will spend time in both showrooms, though this is not a requirement. Ultimately, we will work around the location needs of the right person.
In addition to representing 7 of the best hot tub brands on the market, we have also brought on cold plunge ice baths, high-end massage chairs, patio furniture, Gazebos, Pergolas, and saunas. We are Colorado's only Wellness Super Store.
Management is heavily focused on driving leads through multiple diverse marketing initiatives. We have invested heavily in lead acquisition and management systems. We provide all the tools for you to be successful. The right candidate is self-motivated and understands how to properly manage a sales-pipeline in a timely fashion and will require little supervision to do so.
The final (and most important) piece to the puzzle is superior customer service and support throughout the entire customer journey. We go above and beyond for our clients and practice the golden rule. Employees are empowered to do the right thing and take care of customer needs. Compensation:
1st year - $60K-85K
2nd year- $75K-100K+
An effective sales consultant will study all materials and attend all training courses provided by the company so that they can master the product lines inside and out. The best will seek to understand their competitors’ products and services as well. This will ensure your ability to effectively position our offerings. You will be trained in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, entry-level technical skills, and customer support, so that you can deliver a superior customer experience for our prospective clients.
Our sales process starts with either inbound leads or an in-person visit to our showroom. It continues through several steps, from managing your pipeline with consistent communication, invitation for customer “wet tests”, asking for the business and eventually follow-up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. We work hard for every 5-star review that we earn. Our goal is to provide the best hot tub buying and ownership experience in Colorado.
You will:
- Develop technical knowledge of hot tubs (and related items), water chemistry, etc.
- Maintain good rapport with customers
- Ensure that accurate information is exchanged with customers, other members of our team, and our suppliers. (Communication is key)
- Sell spas, accessories, ancillary products, water maintenance chemicals, and other hot tub services
- Maintain database and accurate records to manage lead follow-up
- Work in-house and outside sales events
Our sales consultants are not only our primary revenue drivers but are also responsible for post-purchase support. You will need to wear different hats in order to create an amazing customer experience. The entire team works together and supports one another with the goal of next-level customer service. Team members must possess the following:
- 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably big-ticket or similar items
- An acute knowledge of the sales process
- Reliability, honesty, and integrity
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to think on their feet
- Experience with basic computer programs (Email, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task
- Financial competency
- Quick-witted problem-solving ability
- Be a goal oriented, personable, and empathetic salesperson
- Willing to work weekends
