Hudson Park Rehabilitation and Nursing has openings for an energetic and passionate Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. Hudson Park is a 200-bed skilled nursing facility on Northern Blvd in Albany.
The position is a mixture of days and evening shift between Friday and Sunday. You would work 34 hours and get paid for 40 OR we offer options such as working 2 12s and an 8 hour shift during the week meaning you work 32 hours and get paid for 40!

Position Description:
RN Supervisors; whose primary duties are to plan, organize, develop and supervise the nursing activities during their respective shift. The RN Supervisor plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to facilitate and deliver comprehensive quality nursing care.
Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN):
- Ensures that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Authorizes overtime and reassigns employees as facility needs dictate.
- Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Assists in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available.
- Completes rounds of the facility to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
Requirements of a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN):
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long term care
- Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
