High School Math and/or Science Instructor
Job Summary:
Chicago Hope Academy is seeking a candidate for a High School Math and/or Science position that would include core and advanced placement level courses. Teaching load may be determined by department strengths. Chicago Hope Academy is located on the west side of Chicago. We are seeking candidates who value Christian education, are excited about teaching in a loving and supportive environment, and seek to engage students in thought provoking learning activities. Coaching opportunities may also be available depending on experience.
Specific Subjects in Need:
- Algebra 1, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and Statistics
- Physics

General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
- Demonstrate knowledge of subject matter.

- Assess one’s effectiveness in meeting course objectives.
- Recognize and provide for student needs and individual differences.
