Monday through Thursday 12:30pm to 5:00pm
Friday 12:30pm to 5:30pm
Position Summary
Under general direction, performs secretarial and administrative assignments for Branch Administration department. Provides great customer service to vendors, customers, and guests with face to face and phone contact through prompt professional greetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Stand and greet customers and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Answer general questions relating to financial services.
- Filing of return mail by following policies and procedures.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous administrative office experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
