This position is only available for people currently caring for a family member who is over 18 and elderly or disabled
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to the family member.
- Monitor and report any changes in the family member’s health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with other family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently taking care of a family member, demonstrating hands-on experience in caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the physical and emotional demands of caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
