Summary
The Dishwasher/Busser is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, assisting food servers with table service, operating the dishwasher or cleaning dishes by hand and maintaining the cleanliness of dishware and silverware of the restaurant.
Essential Functions:
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
- Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as specified
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of station
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Wash and put dishes away in kitchen
- Other supportive functions as determined by the Supervisor
