Unichoice Cooperative invites applications to be submitted for the position of Senior Pre-Need Trust Administrator. This position is responsible for the management of trust operations for the SecurChoice Pre-Need Trust Program. The SecurChoice pre-need trust program has been established by the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association to provide investment options to funeral directors who are collecting prepaid funds when arranging funeral services with families or individuals prior to their time of death.

JOB SUMMARY
Unichoice is seeking a self-motivated professional with expertise in and technical knowledge of financial management principles, investment management, trust administration and operations. Knowledge of pre-need funeral law, contract record keeping, and database management are beneficial, but not required. Applicants should be comfortable with computers. They will be used daily to process trust data, communicate with trust participants, and handle most all trust related tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily system processing utilizing specialized software
- Distribution of data to designated remote locations
- Verification of results from daily automated processes
- Month-end, quarterly, and year-end system operations, including quarterly statement
processing and generation of annual tax data
- Initiate and monitor all data backup operations
- Execute special programs to meet client and trustee requests
- Ability to perform queries to the database
- Serve as liaison between clients, trustee, vendors and management of Unichoice
- Coordinate conversion of data to and from Unichoice
- Collaborate with Trust Administrator to meet daily client needs
- Scanning and managing the retention of all trust related documents
- Typing a detailed summary of all customer communications for future reference
- Addressing all customer communications in a timely fashion
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of financial, banking and investment related principles
- Experience with computers and commonly used programs
- The ability to problem solve and make good decisions

- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work as part of the trust team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to pass criminal background check and qualify for secure bonding

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. A competitive salary and attractive benefit
package (excluding health insurance) are offered. The salary will range from $70,000 - $80,000 and will be based on experience and the overall fit of the applicant.
