THE JOB:
As a Master Cook, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by using your culinary techniques. You’ll provide high-quality food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Follow prescribed methods of food preparation, cooking, and portion sizing as directed by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.
- Execute sauce mixing and food garnishing techniques according to approved standards.
- Set up workstation efficiently based on established pars provided by Chef hierarchy.
- Refer to station set-up sheets for guidance on operational procedures.
- Assess cooked food for quality, flavor, and appearance to meet the highest culinary standards set by the leadership team.
- Drive the Customer Relations Management system by accurately handling customer orders and ensuring correct preparation and service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to occupational, health, and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
- Monitor and maintain proper holding temperatures of food using thermometers to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Complete closing requirements as directed by Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of work area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Delegate tasks to other team members as instructed by chefs to optimize operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience.
