Our Conroe, Texas location is currently seeking a receptionist/office assistant. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding organizational abilities, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule appointments and meetings.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Process receiving paperwork, supplier returns, AR Payments, and builder applications

Make inventory adjustments at the direction of management/review inventory adjustments report.

Review open and partial orders daily

Maintain sales training calendar

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a rotating 5 day work week

Working hours rotate weekly between 8AM and 6 PM with every other Saturday being a working day (with a week day off)

Salary starts at $15/hour and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
