Long Island Lawn Sprinklers seeks an individual with excellent organizational skills to assist our office manager. Opportunity to grow with our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Assists office manager with all job related needs
- Phone communication with customers and team members
- Scans,prints,emails
- Prepares and maintains daily schedules for mechanics to follow
- Updates current and completed job lists
- Keeps up on contact with projects and installations
- Prepares proposals and quotes for new projects
- Handles job close-out specifications
- Reviews specification books for job related information (i.e. retainage, change orders, etc.) and marks up specifications books.
- Acts as an accounting liaison by applying customer checks, outstanding customer invoices, and overdue payments to vendors
- Upholds company memberships/advertisements to include: check requests, renewals and help wanted ads.
- Maintains daily calendar for servicemen, estimators and installers
- Creates Excel templates for comparisons and analysis
- Orders materials and set up delivery
Candidate must have excellent computer and communication skills

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
