Agents will receive 20 - 30 calls per shift and provide support for products and services and triage the customer’s issue. Agents will collect outstanding balances, correct verification and eligibility issues, troubleshoot, track and place orders, and address general customer questions.
$16.50 per hour
$19.80 after 5PM and ALL-DAY SAT/SUN
Training Schedule: [1 MONTH] : Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Production Schedule: ANY COMBINATION from below.
SUN - THURS or TUES - SAT
11 AM - 7:30 PM
11:30 AM - 8 PM
12 PM - 8:30 PM
12:30 PM - 9 PM
**Attendance is the highest priority.** Background check and drug screening will be required.

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of data entry and call center experience.
- Data Entry Skills
- MS Office Experience.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Chat etiquette.
- Good grammar
- Ability to type minimum of 25 WPM
