That's our Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal (BHAG), and we're seeking a dedicated Client Experience Facilitator to join our team and play a crucial role in achieving this ambitious objective during our busiest time: Tax Season (runs January - April).

What You'll Do:
- Scheduling: Provide high-level administrative support to our advisors, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders. You'll be the trusted right-hand person ensuring their schedules run smoothly during this busy season.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between our team and clients. You'll handle emails, phone calls, organizing client documents, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Many times, we are missing information needed from clients - you'll contact them and verify we get everything we need to do a great job for them.
- Intake Meetings: Manage client onboarding by conducting initial meetings, coordinating seamless transition of their information into our workflow system, and ensuring that new clients embark on their journey with us feeling confident in our team and welcomed.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, attend meetings as needed, and take detailed notes. You'll help keep our advisors informed and organized.
- Tax Return Management: Prepare tax return documents for virtual delivery to clients - verify all pieces are included, in the correct order, and reflect the correct data. You'll be responsible for sending these documents to clients and advisors for review in advance of their meetings, as well as signature docs for esign. You'll also handle client payments and efile the returns once everything is signed.

*This is a seasonal position from the beginning of January through the month of April. Hours can be anywhere from 25-40 hours/week. If you do well, this could be a recurring position for you each year.*
