Job Overview
Growing Medical Device Supplier is looking for a self-driven Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient manner to maintain good customer satisfaction.
Multi-tech Medical Devices USA LLC is a company registered in NY, and all conditions are followed based on NY laws.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Perform daily customer service-related tasks via phone or email
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
· Providing product information and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints via Excel
· Prepare replacement products to be sent via USPS to customers in a timely basis. We have a storage unit in Bradenton 34211 that customer service specialist will need to go to 1 a week.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using computer and Microsoft Office products (includes Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
