Position Overview:
As a Follow Up Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client/s ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a virtual environment and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
To ENSURE that ALL LEADS are fully optimized and “no leads are left behind”. To convert or revive quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of the client needs
1) Enter, maintain, track, and follow up calls to ALL leads in CRM.
2) Daily check of all leads both in the CRM to ensure “follow up” tasks are scheduled and created for yourself and to the sales team
3) ALL INBOUND calls texts and emails from sellers MUST be responded to via text, call, or emails.
4) Report to and assist management by ensuring that ALL leads have daily tasks and follow up scheduled for future dates
5) Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with the Operations Manager if necessary.
6) Determine the temperature of the lead if they truly are interested.
7) Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
8) Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
9) Work hand in hand with the Sales Managers to successfully close deals
10) Assigns leads to Sales Managers and ensures that the leads are quality if not put them in a nurture campaign or assigned to the Marketing Manager
