Dental Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their concerns or questions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and friendly attitude
