Reports To
The Clinical Therapist is supervised by the Clinical Supervisor, but must work in collaboration with all program managers, coordinators, case workers, and administrative staff throughout the agency.

Job Overview
The Clinical Therapist works in collaboration with the Adult Wraparound Services Program and Clinical Services team to perform psychosocial assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention, treatment/service planning, safety planning, resource linkage, community support, and skills development with children/youth/families.
Full-time and part-time positions are eligible for benefits after completion of a 90-day introductory period.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conducts person- and family-centered psychosocial assessments.
- Attends treatment team meetings, case reviews, and problem-solving sessions, as needed.
- Consults with agency staff and collateral entities to ensure coordination of services for assigned clients.
- Develops, monitors, and updates individualized treatment plans.
- Documents client progress toward goals and objectives, re-assessment of needs, quality and timeliness of interventions, and their outcomes.
- Provides individual, group, and family therapy; and other clinical services.
Minimum Pre-Employment Requirements and Qualifications
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural Spanish and English, preferred;
- Has successfully passed board examination and holds New Mexico license LMHC, LMSW, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in good standing by the appropriate Board authority.
- Through prior work experience, applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently establish positive relationships, healthy boundaries, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, families, colleagues, staff, and community members;
- At least 3 years experience working with adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and/or co-occurring disorders (COD);
- Criminal Records Clearance (FBI, state/local) by Children, Youth & Families (CYFD);
- Adult, Child and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification;
- Clean driving record; and,
- Current auto insurance coverage.
