Join our dynamic Oncology R&D team as an early-career analytical chemist specializing in small molecule chromatography. This hands-on laboratory position offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving human health by supporting Oncology projects from target identification through lead optimization and pre-clinical delivery of candidate drugs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analytical method development and purifications for chiral and achiral chromatographic separations. Your remit includes maintaining shared instrumentation functionality, solving separation issues, reviewing new technology, and innovating to help drive portfolio delivery.

Bachelors or Masters degree in analytical chemistry or related field.

Good knowledge of analytical and/or preparative chromatographic techniques (HPLC, SFC, HPLC-MS) including method development and instrument troubleshooting.

Detailed understanding of the use of analytical techniques and data interpretation to solve complex scientific questions for small molecules (~300-1500 MW).

Demonstrated lab-based experience with chiral and achiral separations.

Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to communicate complex information clearly.
