Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring, specializing in construction roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Utilize industry knowledge to identify top talent in the construction sector, including skilled trades, project management, and engineering positions.
- Networking: Develop and maintain a deep network within the construction industry, leveraging connections to source candidates and stay ahead of market trends.
- Candidate Interaction: Meet and greet employees and potential job candidates, taking applications, screening, interviewing, and testing.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with construction professionals, building a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to meet the industry's evolving demands.
- Database Management: Maintain all databases accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Assess and uncover customer needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish, both verbally and written.
- Construction Knowledge:General Contractor or Handy Man with industry experience. In-depth understanding of various construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
- Knowledge of Skilled Labor: Awareness of skilled labor obligations and industry standards.
