Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join a phenomenally growing property management company in the day-to-day operations of our residential community. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining optimal occupancy standards, managing leasing activities, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist with the application process
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions, lease agreements, work orders, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maximize occupancy rates
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards
Experience:
- At least one year of proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and contract management
- Proficient in communicating both in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate leases and upsell additional services or amenities
- Experience in facilities management and/or leasing is a plus
