Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a QAPI Specialist to join our Home and Community Services team in Bellevue, NE.
The QAPI Specialist will be assisting in ensuring our Home Care and Hospice teams are survey ready while establishing best practices and driving quality.
This is a Monday through Friday position (no weekends)!

What are my responsibilities?
- Assist in the completion of audits performed within the QAPI department and prepare reports as needed for QAPI meetings.
- Participate in the development and implantation of appropriate plans of actions to correct identified deficiencies as needed.
- Assist with state survey process for Home Care and Hospice.
- Assist in the development and delivery of educational programs revolving around all components of QAPI including orientation for new team members and programs to address the QAPI process and regulatory guidelines.
What do I need to be considered?

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program of nursing or therapy required.
- At least two years of experience in home care or hospice with knowledge of Medicare regulations.
- OASIS assessment experience.
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist.
