Our 4 Diamond Resort is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and recipes
- Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor food and labor costs to maintain budget
- Train kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in food safety standards
- Experience in restaurant and kitchen management
- Strong team management skills
- Knowledge of food management principles
- Ability to handle various dietary requirements
- Expertise in food handling and preparation
- Familiarity with the food industry trends
- Culinary skills as a cook
