Massage Heights South Sarasota is seeking a Lifestyle Consultant that reports directly to Retreat Management. This position staffs the front desk area and is responsible for educating and promoting membership offerings to Guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create positive experience for Guests.
- Meet and exceed goals as assigned by Retreat Leadership.
- Educate guests on membership wellness programs.
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage and facials.
- Guest appointment management.
- Uphold Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Available to work weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of membership sales or sales experience.
- Positive and inspiring personality.
- Knowledge of spa operations and services.
- Good at working in a team environment.
- Excels in offering excellent guest service.
- Experience with computers and POS systems.

Compensation: hourly plus commission

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
