We’re looking for a Program Director at an adolescent girls Residential Treatment Program in Queen Creek, AZ.
What you’ll do:
The Program Manager oversees daily site operations, including:
- overseeing educational/vocational departments;
- operating in accordance with state and federal rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws;
- ensuring the program facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained;
- maintain contact and open communication with student athletes;
- responsible for the quality delivery and ensuring client health and welfare services in accordance with the policies and procedures;
- oversight of medical and food services.
To be considered you must meet the following:
- Have a BA/BS in related field (master's degree and/or clinical license preferred).
- Have at least four years’ facility management experience.
- Be empathetic, patient and treat others with respect.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
