Job summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Associate in our Accelerated Leadership Trainee Program. This role is designed for a high potential individual early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within our organization while supporting our Distribution team. The Management Associate will work closely with a senior executive to streamline operations, facilitate communication, and ensure efficient execution of their day to day.

Executive Support:

Assist a senior executive with daily tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence.

Coordinate and manage your executive leader’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.

Communication Facilitation:
-
Serve as a liaison between your executive leader and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Draft internal and external communications on behalf of your executive leader.

Prepare agendas, attend meetings with the executive leader, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

Operational Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Special Projects:

Take on special assignments and initiatives as directed by your executive leader.

Provide analytical support and gather data to support strategic initiatives.
Your experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. With expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion and professionalism.
