The Amazon Fulfillment Specialist will work proactively and collaboratively with the Third-Party Sales department to ensure all outbound shipments for Third-Party customers and Amazon Fulfillment centers are handled and fulfilled on a day-to-day basis according to company, Third-Party sales channels, and Amazon Fulfillment policies. This role is also responsible for meeting department and company standards for productivity, product knowledge, resourcefulness, and being solution driven.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for picking and packing customer orders and adhering to pick, pack and ship procedures to meet order fulfillment demands and accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory controls.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment to comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse staff to receive inventory and complete other projects as assigned.
- Responsible for accurately shipping transfer orders to Amazon Fulfillment centers.
- Responsible for keeping shipping supplies at adequate levels.
- Special projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to operate in a multi-task environment.
- Proficient with personal computer, MS Office, proprietary systems, and willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and successfully perform the job.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Knowledge of EOS is a plus.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with no history of accidents or traffic tickets.
- HiLo certification preferred.
