Summary:
•Methodically remove tape and strapping from electrical components• Conduct thorough inspections of cables for quality assurance purposes• Straighten and arrange cables systematically for ease of assembly• Zip-tie and route wire and cables• Organize and label cables by L1, L2, L3 before routing through the cable duct• Connect and secure wires to neutral and ground bus terminals• Run wires from the control panel and wire breakers, ensuring proper routing through wireways• Prepare wireway covers by labeling them appropriately for subsequent installation• Mount fans, HMI (Human Machine Interface), lights, vents, and label doors as per specifications •Pull and organize wires for Smissline, plugging them into respective breakers• Install LED lights and Current Transformers (CTs)
Essential Functions:

- Set up machines to start production cycle
- Wiring control panels
- Control machine settings and adjust as need to ensure quality output
- Inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools
- Test machinery and calibrate based on results
- Tag products, prepare good for shipment, while following safety guidelines
Position Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or an equivalent credential such as a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Experience
•Candidate should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in measuring, cutting, stripping, labeling, crimping, and wiring electrical components in adherence to precise specifications. •The role involves various tasks essential to the electrical assembly process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
Computer Skills
Working knowledge in MS Office with a strong grasp of Excel. Become familiar with the various engineering software names that are used at Dillengr™, Inc.
Other Requirements:
•3-5 years of proven experience in a Quality Inspector role within a manufacturing or production environment•Proficiency in assessing mechanical and electrical components against quality standards and customer requirements•Strong knowledge of industry-specific quality control practices and standards•Ability to interpret technical specifications, assembly instructions, and blueprints•Detail-oriented with excellent observational and analytical skills•Clear communication skills to convey inspection findings and collaborate effectively with production teams•Capability to adapt and integrate lessons learned from previous experiences to enhance quality inspection processes•Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement•Certification in quality control or related fields is advantageous

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
