Reports to: Membership Director
This position is responsible for operating, maintaining and improving Courtesy Counter services and systems. The position serves members and guests,
maintains member service control, answers the telephone, answers member questions and performs various clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serving the member is our first priority, the purpose of our work, and the key to our success!
- Performs front desk processes, policies, procedures and forms.
- Provides maintenance of member accounts.
- Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and face-to-face interactions.
- Provides excellent customer service and greets all member and guests.
- Starting wage $9.00/hour
- Must be available for afternoon and evenings shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must adhere to the YMCA mission
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
