We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
**Duties:**
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software programs efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in customer support practices
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Previous experience in a health care office setting is a plus
- Ability to perform accurate order entry tasks
- Strong typing skills for data entry and transcription purposes
- Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills for delivering top-notch customer service
