Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Teamwork: Physical therapists work as part of a multidisciplinary team including our senior physical therapists, our exercise physiology staff, and massage therapists to coordinate each client’s individualized treatment plan
- Treatment: You will be a key part of our innovative three-prong approach, which includes evaluation, treatment, planning, and discharge for an active, athletic-based clientele
- Documentation: required for all interactions using WebPT
- Client Care: You will work one-on-one with our highly motivated clients in an outpatient physical therapy and fitness setting focused on sports-related injury treatment and prevention, as well as orthopedic post-operative care.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy - new grads are encouraged to apply!
- Active license to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania
- Ready and willing to collaborate with and learn from the physical therapy team
- Comprehension of and ability to create post-op physical therapy treatment plans
- Understanding of anatomy and sports injuries, and injury prevention strategies
- Ability to relate well with the clients and other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Highest quality physical therapy standard of care, dedication to the practice, and professionalism
Compensation for newly graduated physical therapists is competitive starting on average around $85,000 (DOE) plus signing bonus, and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. PTs who are more established will start at a higher base salary rate to be discussed further during the interview process.
