Description:
Receive and return Guests' phone calls quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Keep daily phone log. Complete profile form. Create Client files. Fax and/or email menus and catering packets. Enter data into BEOs as needed. Correspond with Guests and potential Guests. Conduct site inspections for potential business. Distribute catering order form to Catering Manager. Integral position in supporting the Catering and Conference Department daily activities in creating success events. Assist with Conference Managers with resume creation, VIP amenities, airport transfers, Client communications, convention master bill invoices, booking turnovers, and interdepartmental communications. Correspond with Guests and potential Guests via email and phone. Other job related duties as assigned. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" Company-wide culture.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Must have basic computer skills and working knowledge of Email, Word and Excel. Sales Force and LMS knowledge helpful. Able to maintain confidentiality. Able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively. Able to utilize critical thinking skills in order to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision. Flexible with daily responsibilities and work schedule.
