Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to assist in daily operations.
Duties:
- Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are properly stored
- Operate phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
- Proficient in using Excel for various administrative tasks a must
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
- Perform duties of a personal assistant to support executives as required
- Front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and managing incoming inquiries
- Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed to clients or Municipalities
- General clerical duties to support office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with Construction procedures and processes is preferred Commercial and Residential
- Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Experience with order entry processes is advantageous
- Experience with Construction computer Platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as a personal assistant is desirable
