Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Presidential Home Health Care is seeking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is self-motivated, well organized, and has excellent communication skills. The Registered Nurse (RN) , will assist us in reaching our mission of growing a quality oriented and an employee friendly organization. The right candidate will be responsible for the quality patient care of our home health agency.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care
Duties and Responsibilities:
These duties include, but are not limited to:
· Primary responsibility to ensure that key bench mark indicators are successfully met.
· Perform clinical duties that include intake activities of agency clients, nursing assessment, services plan, care plans, staff assignment, care coordination, client care oversight, periodic on site client visits, staff supervision, and patient reporting.
· Onsite orientation of the service plan to caregivers providing care to a client for the first time.
· Act as a Registered Nurse (RN) advocate on behalf of our clients with the physicians, pharmacies, and others that contribute to the care of the client.
· Implementation of policies and guidelines for home health clinical personnel, providing professional input to related administrative process, and systems.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Qualifications:
· Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed and in good standing in the state of Massachusetts with a BSN from an accredited school of Nursing.
· Experience in a Medicare certified Home Health environment with progressively more responsibility is preferred.
· Possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing the highest quality of care.
· Possess and maintains a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
