This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related
responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Documents and monitors information related to transportation by verifying the accuracy of data, reports, and forms (for example, bills, level of service
documents (LOS)); creating and updating spreadsheets; utilizing transportation information management system (WTMS) to create/build loads; and
assisting drivers with paperwork (for example, completing outbound bill packets paperwork).
Coordinates transportation operations by acting as a liaison between carriers and stores; tracking performance; and preparing, reviewing and
analyzing reports.
Provides administrative support by performing general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from multiple
systems; and printing bills and assigning seals.
Answers and responds to store, vendor and driver calls, claims, and returns by identifying and providing appropriate responses; and responding to
and forwarding issues to correct location.

Travel
Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
Must currently live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to establish a residence within 250 miles prior to the first workday (orientation) at
this facility.
Work Environment
Working in the following environment is necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.
Works overnight as required.
Works varying shifts as required.
Work overnight, weekends, and varying shifts.
Work indoors for extended periods of time.
Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry, maintaining financial records)
using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing) OR 1 year's experience performing clerical related
responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry, maintaining financial records) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word
processing).
Preferred Qualifications
1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry, maintaining financial records) using computer applications (for
example, email, spreadsheets, word processing) AND 1 year's experience interacting with customers in writing and verbally.
