```Duties```
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
```Requirements```
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
