The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to develop new business by generating leads, scheduling appointments, selling products and services, and negotiating contracts. To be successful as an Account Executive, you should be able to develop strong relationships with our customers and achieve high levels of sales volume in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·1-2 years of experience in sales or related field preferred
·Strong communication skills required; must be able to write clear, concise messages and communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person
·Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
·Must have exceptional time management skills and be able to work independently within a busy environment
·Attention to detail required as we make every effort to work with clients who may change jobs several times in a single year
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels (telephone calls, social media etc.)to sell Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company products and services
- Call or meet with potential clients to present products or services so they can make informed decisions on how they can help their customers get back on track following a car crash or other traumatic event
- Negotiate contracts with clients following presentation of car models, engines, or chassis so they can better serve their customers by providing products that make driving safer
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure all requirements were met and for future reference purposes

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
