As a Passenger Service Assistant (PSA), you will have the chance to provide exceptional customer service and assistance to airline passengers, particularly those with disabilities or who require special assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for passengers at Denver International Airport. This role offers the opportunity to meet interesting people, earn cash tips, and explore potential career advancement within the airline industry.
Duties:
● Provide specialized assistance to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.
● Meet passengers on arriving and connecting flights, offering wheelchair or walking assistance to baggage claim, ground transportation, or next gate.
● Offer the same assistance to departing passengers.
● Work in a 24/7 operation, being available for shifts throughout the week, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
● Lift a minimum of 50 lbs, walk, stand, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
● Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, displaying compassion and empathy towards passengers.
● Communicate effectively with passengers, demonstrating proficiency in reading and speaking English.
