JOB ROLE:
As a LOGISTICS SALES COORDINATOR at LOGISTIFY , you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside a designated Business Development Supervisor. This is where you will begin your accelerated training program to learn the in’s & outs of this industry and learn what it takes to be a part of the LGFY culture. Once you complete a 3-month training, you will become a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting our customers with our newest transportation services.

TASKS:
-
Effectively communicate with customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships.

Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.

Provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates.

Input, update, and manage shipment information.

Collaborate with Customer, Carriers & Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.

Assist with your customers billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
